Lush, tropical rain forests are a prominent feature in Uganda’s ecosystems and are said to have the most diverse and largest population of diurnal and nocturnal primates in the world, including chimpanzees and the endangered mountain gorillas. Home to elephants, lions, buffalo, and a wealth of other game species, including sitatunga, giant forest hog, topi, oribi, giraffe, zebra and hartebeest, the National Parks in Uganda won't disappoint for safari adventure and discovery.

A comprehensive 10 day safari visiting Uganda’s top safari regions. This safari includes a scenic one way flight to Bwindi, and three nights there to allow the opportunity of trekking gorillas twice, or enjoying a community walk or some forest birding. Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest, game viewing in Queen Elizabeth Park are also included.
Murchison Falls National park, in the north-west of the country is Uganda’s largest national park. See the Nile squeezed through a narrow rock gorge! It is home to elephant, buffalo, lion and leopard, as well as a healthy population of hippo and huge crocodiles on the Nile. The park is famous for bird life – Shoebill stork being a sought after rarity.
