WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FINALIZING OUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.  THESE ARE NOT YET COMPLETE.

BOOKING POLICY

• In order to secure a reservation we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
• All reservations are to be paid in full 30 days before arrival. If payment has not been received we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and our cancellation policy will apply.
  
• Reservations made outside 90 days prior to arrival will be held provisionally for a maximum of 14 days from date of reservation and a 20% non-refundable deposit received.
• Reservations made outside 60 days prior to arrival will be held provisionally for a maximum of 7 days from date of reservation and a 20% non-refundable deposit received.
• Reservations made outside 30 days prior to arrival will be held provisionally for a maximum of 72 hours from date of reservation and a 20% non-refundable deposit received.
• Unless the above terms are met, we reserve the right to automatically release the reservation.
• Confirmations must be in writing between all parties.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Should a cancellation be received once a reservation is confirmed, 20% of the contracted rate will be charged.
• Should a cancellation be received between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 20% of the contracted rate will be charged.
• Should a cancellation be received between 30 and 0 days prior to arrival, 20% of the contracted rate will be charged.
• Cancellations must be in writing between all parties.
• Should clients fail to arrive on the due arrival date, start their trip after departure or leave before its completion, no refund will be made.
